The only thing we can not do or know is when you will receive your package after we shipped if you do not pay for tracking.
Please read shipping policy before you place an order to meet your buying requirements, and estimate time of your package arrival. Please do not place an order if you do not agree with shipping delivery time, package lost, package delayed in shipping policy below.
Payment by PayPal is accepted only for now.
Shipping
Customers please understand we have no control on postal service delivery time, we are not responsible for any packages delayed or lost in transit, including express/expedited/register delayed on transit.
Almost all confirmed (fully paid) orders are shipped within 3-5 business days excluding weekends and holidays. To keep your shipping fees to the minimum, We ship via Regular Canada Post air mail. The shipping fees include cost of envelope, packaging (protective bubble envelope, bags, and others that are necessary) and etc...
Please be informed, Regular Mail does not come with tracking information and Insurance. If you want your package insured, please let me know and I will adjust shipping cost to include insurance.
Delivery time can take an average of ten days to five weeks for US destinations, and two to six weeks for international. Expedited and Express post service can be arranged, please contact me for cost if you need this service. Please do not place an order if you do not agree with the shipping time, all packages get shipped within 3 business days from our studio, any package might get delayed during transit depends on customs and local postal service.
Based on history, if you have placed more than 2 orders within 2 weeks, the second order may reach you before your first order. There is no way to find out why, could be due to custom or any reason while your package is on transit.
Tokscreations and JNT accessories are not responsible for package lost in transit or delays, a postal receipt for international shipping including US is available upon request. A tracking number will be provide for register/Xpress/Expedited shipping.
USA ORDERS:
All USA orders are shipped Light Package from $4.05, orders over 150.00 must be shipped Expedited Parcel from $19.00. Your package cannot be guaranteed unless shipped Expedited. You will be contacted after purchase for additional shipping charges on larger orders.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
All international orders are shipped Light Package for 15.50, orders over $150.00 must be shipped International Parcel – Surface $39.00. Your package cannot be guaranteed unless shipped International Parcel – Surface. You will be contacted after purchase for additional shipping charges on larger orders.
Refunds and Exchanges
Your satisfaction is guaranteed!!!
If you are not happy with what you received, please contact me within 7 business days to arrange a return, I will provide information of how to return your products. The item must be returned in original packaging and unused condition. A full refund less shipping cost will be refunded via paypal, upon received.
Please use delivery confirmation/ tracking to return supplies. Refund will not be issued if Items not received.
No refund or exchange for Custom or cut items.
No refund on package that is on transit to you. Please wait for the package to arrive, return the package to us, when we received your return package in original condition, refund will be issued via paypal.
